All products, services, and information displayed on Yourish are intended to facilitate your shopping experience and are subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
Yourish reserves the right to accept or reject your order and will inform you via email or message regarding the confirmation. After verifying your contact details, your order will be processed.
Images of clients shared by our partners/vendors may be used for marketing under the implied understanding that the clients have voluntarily allowed the photographs/videos to be taken. If there are any objections, the images will be removed immediately upon notification.
For certain products or experiences, slight variations from the picture/video shown may occur. However, we will make every effort to ensure that the delivered product matches the description as closely as possible.
The product specifications (weight, size, color, etc.) provided with the product photos are approximate. Variations may occur, and Yourish, at its sole discretion, may deliver a similar or alternate product in cases of necessity or exigencies beyond our control.
The products/services provided on this site are without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Yourish disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including but not limited to guarantees of error-free services or the absence of viruses or harmful components on the site or servers.
To provide up-to-date information to our customers, Yourish may periodically make changes to the site’s contents, products, or experiences. Prices and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice. Prices listed on the website may not reflect actual selling prices in your region. We reserve the right to limit sales, including the prohibition of sales to resellers.

If your order cannot be processed due to errors in pricing or product information, Yourish reserves the right to cancel the order and notify you via email, message, or call.
As we prioritize timely deliveries, previews of personalized orders are not provided before production. This helps ensure that your gifts are delivered promptly without delays.
2. Refund Policy
Cancellation by Yourish:
- Certain orders may be canceled by Yourish due to unforeseen circumstances, including product unavailability, errors in pricing, or issues identified by our credit department.
- If your order is canceled, you will be notified, and any required information to process the order will be requested.
- For perishable items, only one delivery attempt is made. If the recipient is unavailable or the address is incorrect, no refunds will be provided as the items become unusable.
Cancellation by Customer:
- For cancellations after payment, a 6% processing fee will be deducted, and the balance will be refunded within 7-10 working days.
- No refunds are issued for cancellations once work has started or after the order has been dispatched/delivered.

As personalized products are made to order, production begins within a few hours of receiving the order.
3. Change Billing/Shipping Details
- For corrections to shipping or billing details, contact us at +91 86700 98827 (call or WhatsApp) before the product is dispatched.
- Only Indian contact numbers can be accommodated for calls. International numbers will only receive updates via WhatsApp. Shipping to incorrect details may lead to failed delivery.
4. Pictures/Photographs Validation
- Customers must provide high-quality photographs to ensure optimal customization and avoid distortion in the final product.
- Refer to the instructions in the product description when uploading images.
- Yourish is not liable for distortions caused by non-compliant or low-quality images.
5. Message/Text Validation
- Certain emojis, icons, or special characters may not be engravable or printable.
- If no message/text is provided, the product will be delivered without customization. Yourish is not liable to remind you for missing details.
6. Product Add-ons
- The printed price of products may differ from the website price due to processing charges.
- Damaged add-ons during transit will be replaced or refunded as applicable.
7. Product Availability
- Variations in product colors (e.g., hampers, teddy bears, roses) may occur based on stock availability.
- Some customization options are dependent on product size or availability and will be adjusted accordingly.
8. Legal Terms
Yourish (www.yourish.in) is operated from its registered office in West Bengal. All legal matters will be subject to the jurisdiction of Asansol.
9. Privacy
- Photos and personal details shared with Yourish are secure and will only be used to process your order.
- Photos will be deleted after order completion, and no promotional messages will be sent without consent.
10. You Agree and Confirm
- Incomplete delivery details (e.g., wrong name or address) will incur additional shipping charges if redelivery is requested.
- For damage claims, an unboxing video must be sent to hello@yourish.in or shared via WhatsApp at +91 86700 98827.
- Yourish is not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier services.
Complaint Handling
For defective products, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@yourish.in or +91 86700 98827 Replacement or refund processing may take 10-15 days, depending on the issue.
