  • Please ensure that the shipping details provided during booking are accurate. Any delays caused by incorrect details will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Yourish (www.yourish.in) is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities.

Turnaround Time (TAT) Policy for Yourish.in

  • Customized Orders: Due to personalization requirements, orders involving customization will be processed within 1-2 business days, depending on the complexity of the design.

 

2. Delivery Time

  • Delivery times vary based on your location:
    • Metro Cities: 4-5 business days after dispatch.
    • Non-Metro Cities: 4-7 business days after dispatch.
    • Remote Locations: 7-8 business days after dispatch.

3. Total Turnaround Time

The total turnaround time (production + delivery) may vary based on the nature of your order and your location:

  • Customized Orders: 5-8 business days.
  • Bulk Orders: 15-20 business days (as per mutual agreement).

4. Urgent Orders

5. Factors Beyond Our Control
